About this item

KJ-RFP150 RELEASE FILM is a film material with a temperature of up to 150 °C, and is a used for barrier and peeling in the vacuum
bag forming process. Can be divided into two types: perforated and non-perforated type. From the material, it is divided into polyester,
polyolefin, PP, FEP and so on. Depending on the material, the temperature resistance varies from 120 °C to 240 °C. Enables more
uniform resin diversion and is used to assist in the release.
 

Usage/Purpose

Non-perforated release film is used in wet vacuum bag processes and does not absorb excess resin from the product. Perforated release film are mostly used in dry vacuum bag processes.

Suitable for most resin systems such as unsaturated and epoxy.
